Skyline Women's Volleyball Player of the Week
MARWA ELEMBABY
Senior • Outside Hitter • Holtsville, N.Y. (Sachem HS)
St. Joseph’s College senior Marwa Elembaby averaged 2.89 kills and 1.56 digs while hitting .339 (26-5-62) in three matches for the Golden Eagles last week. St. Joseph’s went 2-0 in Skyline Conference play, clinching the second seed and a first-round bye in the upcoming Skyline tournament. Elembaby registered 14 kills and eight digs in a 3-1 win over Sage. She added seven kills with no errors in 18 attempts versus Bard.
Skyline Men's Soccer Rookie of the Week
JOHN DETTORI
Freshman • Forward • Bay Shore, N.Y. (Bay Shore HS)
St. Joseph’s College freshman John Dettori recorded a hat trick in helping the Golden Eagles, to a 4-0 win over Mount Saint Mary. In the process, St. Joseph’s clinched the top seed as well as home-field advantage throughout the Skyline Conference tournament. Dettori also scored what proved to be the game-winning goal 23:40 into the game. The rookie currently leads the conference with 2.06 points per game.

Elyse Tomasello • Scored the game-winning goal at the 33:02 mark in the Golden Eagles’ 3-0 win over CCNY.
Men's Soccer
Adam Rogers • Scored the game-winning goal 6:57 into overtime in the Golden Eagles 1-0 win over Farmingdale State
Women's Tennis
Danielle Rufrano • Went 2-0 in both singles and doubles play against Farmingdale State and Bard in the tournament.
Cross Country
Michelle Petrina • Led the Golden Eagles with a ninth-place finish (23:23) at the St. Joseph’s Invitational.
Eric Haun • Led the Golden Eagles and finished fifth at the St. Joseph’s Invitational (29:50).
